Marinate venison in all but barbecue sauce for 12 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
Remove venison and onions and place in slow-cooker (crock pot). Pour in barbecue sauce. Cook on low setting for 7-10 hours.
- 2-3 lbs. venison (tenderized)
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 (12 oz.) can or bottle beer
- 12 c. barbecue sauce
- 13 cloves garlic, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 onions (sliced)
