Beef Brisket

Place the beef brisket in the crock pot. In a medium bowl, mix together everything else. Pour over the brisket. Cover, and cook on the Low setting for 8 to 10 hours. Slice up the brisket, and pour the gravy over the slices.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 T Worchestershire
  • 1 T Soy Sauce
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottles chili sauce
