Not Baked Ziti in the Pot

  • Pot Size : 6-8 qt
  • Servings : 8
  • Cook Time : 4 on low
It’s not baked because it’s slow cooked. Check the “doneness” of the noodles. They will cook just great and this tastes fantastic. But all cookers are not alike so make sure your don’t overcook the noodles. No one likes a mushy noodle.

Note about the sauce. I mix about 50/50 marinara/favorite spaghetti sauce in a bowl. You don’t have to do this. Use all marinara or all favorite spaghetti sauce. 60 ounces seems to work for me and makes it a little on the wet side. More and it’s too wet, less and too dry.
